Garden Court Apartments was originally a premiere residence in metropolitan Philadelphia. In the late
1980’s, Fannie Mae assumed control of the foreclosed
property, and in 1994 it was purchased and converted
to luxurious condominiums.
Over 80% were sold in
just 3 months.The project has won a regional
award for
building excellence and it is listed on
the National Registry of Historic Places.
