Federal Fibre Mills

Built in the early part of the century, the old Fibre
Mills warehouse was converted to a luxurious
apartment building in 1985. It was subsequently
converted to condominiums and sold out as the first condominium project in the Warehouse District of
New Orleans.This graceful and dignified structure is
listed in the National Registry of Historic Places.
