Crescent Towers

Crescent Tower was built originally as an apartment complex, it was modified by Howard University in the
early 1960’s as their new dormitory facility. The Fallstaff Group purchased this ten-story property in late 1994.
After one and a half years of extended renovations and over 2 million dollars in upgrades, such as new
eurostyle kitchens, a state-of-the-art clubroom, elegant marble lobby, and a roof-top pool, complete with sundeck and gazebo. Crescent Tower sold out in just 6 months. |
