Crescent Towers

Crescent Tower, a ten-story building, was built originally as an apartment complex. It was then modified by Howard University in the early 1960’s as their new dormitory facility.

After one and a half years of extended renovations and millions of dollars in upgrades, such as new eurostyle kitchens, a state-of-the-art clubroom, elegant marble lobby, and a roof-top pool, complete with sundeck and gazebo. Crescent Tower sold out in just 6 months.
