Built in 1903,The Belvedere Hotel hosted such notables as Clark Gable, Carol Lombard, Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor as well as 10 Presidents of the United States. It was converted to residential, commercial, and retail condominiums in 1991. This combination comprises 112 residences, 60 executive office suites, grand ballrooms, catering facilities, 6 restaurants, and a shopping mall, providing a wide array of services. The Belvedere is a landmark listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
