INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED ARTIST LIVES AT ISLAND POINTE
Aida Cui, an artist who has shown her work all over the world, decided to settle in Bay Harbor Islands
Prominent artist Aida Cui had the distinction of being the first of many residents who closed on their new homes at luxurious Island Pointe condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. The Philippine native, who also has a home and studio in Sedona, Arizona, spends at least a third of the year in South Florida. She is also looking for a third home in Holland. Since Cui travels to Europe at least once a month she particularly likes the convenient location of Island Pointe—a short trip to both of the major airports. “It’s a stepping stone to Europe,” she says.
One of the things that attracted Cui about living at Island Pointe was the secluded and safe location. It is on the northern tip of the East Island, sitting right on the water. “When I go out on my balcony and look at the water, I feel so peaceful,” she says. But when Cui wants to be stimulated she is thrilled with the many amenities provided to residents and especially likes the management staff as well as the other people she has met who live at Island Pointe.
